How it works
This tool manually triggers a SAFER/FMCSA status update for customers. Filter by MCS-150 filing year parity and month to process a specific batch.
- Year parity filters customers by the second-to-last digit of their USDOT number: even digit (0,2,4,6,8) → even renewal years (2020, 2022, 2024…); odd digit (1,3,5,7,9) → odd renewal years (2021, 2023, 2025…). Selecting both processes all customers.
- Month filter selects customers by the last digit of their USDOT number (digit 1→Jan, 2→Feb … 9→Sep, 0→Oct). November and December are not used.
- Only one process can run at a time.
- Progress is refreshed automatically every 3 seconds.
- The following customer fields are updated from FMCSA:
status_code,mcs150_date,mcs150_mileage,mcs150_year,last_safer_update.
