Considerations
By default, the report shows information for the current month.
Information is grouped by credit memo.
The report shows the details of where and how each credit memo was applied.
Summary of Totals
The summary shows the total credit memo amount generated in the period, the total applied amount, and the remaining available balance across all filtered credit memos.
A single credit memo can appear in multiple application rows if it was applied in partial amounts across different transactions.

Each row represents a credit memo or one of its application records.

Credit Memo Number
Folio number of the credit memo.
Date
Date the credit memo was created.
Customer
Legal name of the customer the credit memo belongs to.
Office Name
Office where the credit memo was generated.
Agent Name
Name of the agent who registered the credit memo.
Credit Memo Amount
Total amount of the credit memo.
Status
Current status of the credit memo (e.g., available, applied, cancelled).
Applied Date
Date the credit memo was applied.
Applied Detail
How the credit memo was applied: to a payment receipt or a refund. Empty if not yet applied.
Applied
Amount of the credit memo used in this application.
